REAL WORLD LONG-RANGE RIFLE SHOOTING
Lazy Triple Creek Ranch provides unsurpassed long-range shooting experiences. Our covered rifle range features an 8-bench firing line that includes portable rests to provide the shooter with the most stable shooting positions. Cardboard, paper, and reactive steel targets are positioned from 50 to 500 yards for each shooting position.
The second outdoor shooting range features impact targets from 600 yards to one mile and beyond with unique terrain and atmospheric conditions to challenge the accomplished shooter while offering a variety of shooting challenges.
REAL WORLD HUNTING AND SHOOTING
Along with two formal rifle ranges, Lazy Triple Creek Ranch is designed to provide challenges to even the best of the best. Hunting big game or facing real-world shooting scenarios requires the rifleman to address targets at unknown distances and adjust for varying shooting angles. We utilize the unique topography of Lazy Triple Creek Ranch to provide “surprise” shooting situations to challenge the rifleman to “make the shot” from improvised positions.
RIFLE INSTRUCTION & EQUIPMENT
Reserve one of our instructors for private lessons on pre-hunt preparation, rifle marksmanship, or general handling and effective operation of long guns. We also offer several small group classes led by internationally known instructors throughout the year for our guests. A few precision rifles are available for guests, but we highly recommend the experience of shooting with your own rifle and ammunition. Reservations of equipment are recommended at the time you book you visit to ensure availability. The ranch has an FFL. Handicapped accessible toilets are available on site.
