2,200 Acres. One Passion.
We’ve been very busy this season and will remain busy through the end of October. If you want to shoot with us this season, give us a call. We have three groups trying to agree a date for a European Style Driven Shooting Day, but we are now releasing those birds for walkup hunts. The only driven shooting days remaining in October will be October 8 with two open pegs and October 22 when we have five pegs open.
Details below.
Upland Bird Walkup Hunting
We supply shotguns if needed, all ammunition, a guide and well-trained dog for every two shooting, snacks during the day, lunch, and birds cleaned, and vacuum packed for your departure for $695 per person shooting plus 6% Idaho sales tax. Minimum two.
We have openings for upland bird walk up hunts on October 4 or 5, 19 to 21, and after October 26.
Well trained dogs are welcome. The memories are free.
European Style Driven Shoots with Western Sensibilities
That’s a typical line of guns waiting for birds to cross one of our canyons with guns on pegs below.
European shooting attire encouraged, but not mandatory. We supply loaner shotguns if needed, all ammunition, a guide and well-trained dog for every two shooting walkups, snacks during the day, lunch, cocktails and conversation on the deck at the end of a very full day, and birds cleaned and vacuum packed for your departure for $2,900 per person shooting plus 6% Idaho sales tax. We are keeping prices unchanged in 2022, unchanged for the past 12 years, despite 30% cost increases pretty much across the board this year.
Shooting in late October and into November will depend on the weather and bird supply. We are holding back enough birds for a late in the season driven shoot. Let us know if you are interested in joining a group of four to eight for a driven shoot in early November.
Driven shooting at Lazy Triple Creek Ranch at Thanksgiving would be a wonderful family tradition. Add a stay in our nine-bedroom lodge to make it even better.
That’s all folks.
Stay safe. Stay healthy. Stay shooting.
